ZZ planetary gear reducer is widely used in machinery and equipment in mining, metallurgy, cement, light chemical, energy, building materials, lifting and transportation industries.

The main transmission structure of planetary reducer includes planetary gear, sun gear, internal ring gear.

ZZ type planetary gear reducer model, we PRM can design and manufacture planetary gear reducer includes: single-stage transmission(ZZD), two-stage transmission(ZZL),three-stage transmission(ZZS), single-stage derived transmission(ZZDP) and two-stage derived transmission(ZZLP). The two derived series have 1~4 assembly types respectively.

Planetary gear reducer is widely used in different industrials, it has the same quality as military grade reducer, but with the Competitive price as industrial reducer.

There are many advantages for Planetary gear reducer such as small volume body, small weight, high bearing capacity, long service life, smooth operation and low noise. also with power distribution, multi-tooth mesh unique characteristics. the max input power is up to 104kW.

Planetary gear reducer is easy to lubricate, it can be fully lubricated with Lubricating greases.

ZZ planetary gear reducer working principle

1.Internal ring gear is fixed, sun gear is driver and planet carrier is driven. Speed down transmission, speed ratio is 2.5-5, same transmission direction.

2.Internal ring gear is fixed, sun gear is driven and planet carrier is driver. Speed up transmission, speed ratio is 0.2-0.4, same transmission direction.

3.Sun gear is fixed, ring gear is driver and planet carrier is driven. Speed down transmission, speed ratio is 1.25-1.67, same transmission direction.

4.Sun gear is fixed, planet carrier is driver and ring gear is driven. Speed up transmission, speed ratio is0.6-0.8, same transmission direction.

5.Planetary carrier is fixed, sun gear is driver, and ring gear is driven, speed up transmission, speed ratio is 1.5-4,opposite transmission direction.

ZQ(H) Cylindrical gear reducer

ZQ (H) cylindrical gear reducer1

ZQ(H) cylindrical gear reducer is mainly applied for crane, mining, general chemistry, textile, light industry.

The applicable condition is as follows:

Gear transmission circle velocity is no more than 4m/s.

Transmission speed of high speed shaft is no more than 1500r.p.m.

Actuating temperature range is from -40℃ to 40℃.ZQ (H) cylindrical gear reducer

ZDY,ZLY,ZSY cylindrical gear reducer

ZDY,ZLY,ZSY hard tooth surface gear reducer

The ZDY, ZLY and ZSY type cylindrical gear reducers are widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields.

The application scope of reducer is as follows:

1.High speed shaft speed shall not be greater than 1500 RPM.

2.The circular speed of gear transmission shall not be greater than 20 m/s.

3.The working environment temperature is -40 ~ 45℃. If the temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting.

Features:

1.The gear is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, and the tooth surface hardness is up to hrc58-6

2.The gear adopts grinding process, with high precision and good contact.2. High transmission efficiency: level 3 is more than 90%.

3.Smooth operation and low noise.

4.Small size, light weight, long service life and high carrying capacity.

5.Easy to disassemble and install.

With high-strength good-quality alloy steel of carburizing and quenching, the series has the feature of high-efficiency and long life-span, high permissible axial and radial loads, low noise, high reliability and compact structure.

QJ series reducer is applicable for relative device of the crane, as well as for the driving gear of mechanical equipment used in transportation, metallurgy, chemical engineering and light industry.

Features:

Wide range of reduction ratio, nominal speed ratio 10-200%;

High efficiency of mechanical drive with Class II up to 96% and Class III up to 94%;

CW series worm reducer is produced in accordance with the national standard of the People’s Republic of China (gb9147-88), mainly including CWU, CWS, CWO, which is suitable for mechanical transmission in metallurgy, mining, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile light industry, energy and other industries.
